Return Policy



We want you to be fully satisfied with your Suavia Collection purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund.


Return Conditions
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • We do not accept returns of items that have been worn, altered, or damaged.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact returns@suaviacollection.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
